To start it off, Worms
Armageddon is one of the wierdest games I
ever played. I'm not saying the game
sucks, its just wierd thats all. The main
point of the game is Worms doing combat
against other worms. If you could
remember about 7 ago years, on a PC they
would have games with tanks. The point of
the game was to shoot down the opposing
tanks. Well, if you know what I'm talking
about, Worms Armageddon is excatly like
that, but with a twist.
The Worms franchise
has become a big hit ever since the
original came out in the 1980's. Its like
a little Worms craze has formed since
then. Using weapson like grenades, bombs,
bazooka's, who wouldn't like this game?
The main idea of the
game, is to lead a army of worms to
attack the opposing force. Through the
game, you can pick up bazookas, grenades,
exploding animales, and other weapons.
You'll have to use boogers, goo, and
other sick things as the objects to hit
your oppenent. In all there are about 25
weapons you can use. If you play the
computer, it'll be your little army
against he computer. But you can play
from 2 player to 4 player. Playing 4
players is the best, 4 different army's
of worms doing combat. The battlefields
strech from right to left. The whole
battlefield won't fit on the screen.
You'll have to move around to see the
other parts of the battlefield.
Worms Armageddon also
uses strategy to kill your enemies. Just
shooting the boogers at the enemy won't
do. You'll have to have the right amount
of pressure, and the area. Most of this
is just with one player, but try this
with 4 of your friends. It'll be amazing,
shooting goo and boogers at your friends
army.
Don't expect any Soul
Calibur or even Slave Zero graphics. This
game is 2D, and its very smooth. But
don't worry about the graphics, its the
gameplay that makes this game so amazing.
If your some kind of a
businessman or businesswoman, and is
usually under pressure a lot. Then this
is the game for you, its a great game to
relax and play with. Unlike Soul Calibur
or NFL 2K which take about 10 minutes to
play. Each mission takes only about 45
seconds. If you have a computer in your
office, you should buy this for your PC.
When your boss ain't looking, play one
mission, and he won't notice.
Overall Worms
Armageddon is a lot of fun, its very very
addictive. But, I personaly wouldn't
spend that much money on this game. If
you have a PC, you have to get this game,
and its half the price compared to the DC
price. Its a lot of fun, and it comes
with network play. Playing over the
internet is a lot of fun with the PC. Its
pretty hard to find this game at a rental
store, so try downloading the demo on to
the PC. If you don't have a PC, you
should get this game, because it is a lot
of fun.
